General incompetence

I recently realised that the ammount being paid on my contrach is more than it is suppose to be. According to me my contract is suppose to be R199.00 for the topup and R100.00 for the handset. Yet the ammount on my statement is R367.50, and the ammount I pay from my bank account is R406.00. I went on the vodacom website and checked the bill only to realise I'm still paying the BIS from my last phone. And I don't understand how where you get the R406.00 that is being paid from my bank account, none of the maths add up. Clearly the people assisting you with upgrading are not very competent if they cannot even realise that they have to change the contract as soon as you get a phone other than a blackberry. I now know why I had to order the phone 3 times and wait for a month before I received it.

But this is not even the best part, in the month after I upgraded while I was still waiting for my new phone and using my old Blackberry my BIS was suspended and I had to buy it manually. So I actually paid for it twice, and received nothing in return.

This is the most dishonest service I have ever recieved, If I had not thought to check my invoice I would have paid this for 2 years and no one would have said a word about this. I am very dissapointed, you would think that going for a more expensive network that you would get better service, but it's clear you do not get what you pay for.
