My pakket is verander, sonder dat ek gevra het om dit te doen. Die pakket wat ek gehad het was meer as voldoende. My pakket is toe terug gewysig, maar dit kon eers na 3 mnde gedoen word, intussen moet ek die verhoogde tariewe betaal. Die maand waarin my pakket verander is het ek nie 'n rekening ontvang nie. Daar was genoeg fondse in die bank vir die pakket waarop ek was. Die debietorder is toe onbetaald, waarop Vodacom my R100.00 vra. My navrae op my ****rak is vanaf Augustus hangende.....
