Gear fit 2 watch

<p>Hi. I opened a new account during April at Vodacom Potchefstroom Mooirivier Mall, choosing the new Samsung A7 2017 with a gearfit 2 watch. I waited a week and a half for my phone to arrive, having no problem with that. But, unfortunately I was told that my watch did not arrive and that the two colors, black and blue were discontinued, they gave me an alternative option which was to choose the pink watch as I had already signed my contract and I was told that my pink watch would be ordered the next week. I then waited another two weeks, having heard nothing from Vodacom I decided to go in to the shop. Upon arrival I was once again disappointed as they told me that the pink watch had also now been discontinued, but the adverti*****t for the gearfit 2 watch was still on the vodacom site, as well as the April booklet. I asked to talk to the manager, as I am under the impression that is what a manager does, help with account enquires and try to make a customer happy by solving the problem. Unfortunately, to my disappointment once again, the manager refused to come out of his office, telling the sales person who handled my conract that a customer is not allowed to talk to a manager. I am very unhappy by this incident and would like some answers and a resolution. After a month of struggling through vodacom i went back and there were a samsung rep promoting the new S8,she also told me the gear fit 2 was not discontinued. Thank you. Very dissapointed in Vodacom aswell as Samsung.</p>
