Gatvol with Vodacom

Vodacom customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, I have called them about 10 times in the month of December and none of them know what is going on, they don't have the correct information nor do they even try to do a follow up. Vodacom decided to give me a new contract instead of upgrading my current line so now I have 2 contracts and I am in arrears with 1 because I refuse to pay for a line that I have never used. This morning alone your agent went dead on the phone then put me on hold without even asking............I was on hold for about 10 minutes. How can this be acceptable? Don't you listen to calls and coach your staff? I'm appalled by this, these are the reasons why I wanted to leave Vodacom in the first place. Now I'm being told by 'after sales' that they don't have the handset that was collected by RAM, I highly doubt that they even tried to look for it...I mean I'm young and black so they take advantage. I have tracked the parcel with RAM and it was delivered to Vodacom offices on the 3rd of December, we are already on the 27th of December but nothing!!!! I'm disgusted by all the agents that I had to deal with except for Itumeleng from the Express department, I worked in customer service and I don't recall ever treating anyone with such disrespect, Vodacom really needs to pull up they socks. RAM Ref Number: COL ********** 0

Can someone who has half a brain please do they job and remove my name from the arrears list and sort this out!!!
