Gatvol for Vodacom !
I have been phoning and going into vodashops to cancel the insurance I had for a device that was ****** . With the claim the case number was not enough and I am unable to obtain the avidavid nothing happened with my claim , now they keep activating the insurance. NO ONE picks up at the customer care. When this contact is done I will never deal with Vodacom again. if there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would rate. # GATVOL
