Dear Vodacom
You are by far the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. I took me a month to get a router out of you, this after trying 2 vodacom 4 U shops and online, you had a as always a technical problem. I finally received my rooter, and surprise surprise, technical problem. After being told to wait 24hrs to 72hrs for the 3rd time I am now GATVOL. Your technical problem now becomes my TECHNICAL PAIN IN MY ASS!!! The problem with companies like you is that you actually do not care if customers complain, you are so big that one complaint about your service doesn't effect you. Why pay for a service that you can not provide?
