<p>i made arrangenet with VVM atttorneys send by vodacom to collect i made arramgements and was deducted 2 instalments already , 08/03/2017 i get a call from other Firm</p> <p>i call vodacom to find out what the Grap is happening i was tranfered from cape to cairo with unaducated staff finaly i was told that that other firm is the one to collect my Monies upon me asking how the hell did vvm get my contacts i was told to hold for Supervisor quess what i was handed to a rating machine that itself doesnt want you to press 0 (zero) for poor service</p> <p>this is one hell of poor service i dont think will ever use the numbers again a disgrace</p> <p> </p>
