I recently upgraded my iPhone to the latest iPhone 6s. I have not changed my usage and I monitor the programs that may abuse data and often use these at home where I have wifi. I noticed, however that during December, my bill went from an average of R1500 to R1800 to over double that amount. When I queried this, Vodacom agreed to reduce the amount by R2400 which then gave me a credit of R2400 for my next bill which too was exorbitant at R2900. The last bill is also in excess of R2400. I have sent several emails to Vodacom trying to understand what caused this massive jump especially in my data usage and so far they have not bothered to answer or even offer results of their audit. I find this massive jump suspicious at best considering that I keep record of the data usage statistics on my phone since I was asked by Vodacom to reset it. To make matters worse, I have asked that Vodacom remind me when my usage reaches R1000 but often I get a warning that I have reached 50% around the 25th of the mouth, and by month end I have already reached 100% which is odd that my usage once again is not different at the beginning and end of the month. I demand an explanation
