Gaming VOIP streaming chewing data

I've wasted hours of my time this week in store and with your call Centre trying to understand what is Gaming VOIP streaming and no one can tell me yet everyone in my circle is having the same data usage by this. It's used nearly a gig of my data this past month and yet I don't know what it is. Was told to to get an EDR report now this has what's been smsed to me: Good day. Kindly note that we have reviewed the queried usage and can confirm that the reflected data usage is accurate and in harmony with the authenticated connectivity that has taken place. We have loaded some data on the number ***. There are no EDR reports for top up/uChoose contracts. To see which apps used your data on your phone/tablet (android), go to Settings > Data Usage > select the dates in question and scroll down. Tap on each app to find the option to restrict background data (automated data usage). You will also notice that there is a graph and underneath the graph you will see the applications that used your data and how much of the data was used. Should this not assist you; you may need to load a third party data monitoring tool which you can in the app store. We will load additional data for you later on. Please remember to switch off mobile data when on wi-fi. Kind regards. Moddy - Vodacom

If my data usage is supposedly correct why give me free data?? Vodacom you must making millions from this clearly so you should be able to say exactly what it is?
