Games subscription keeps coming back

I have unsubscribed to the vodacome games subscription and I have phoned the call center to cancel it but still I have the subscription active.

What is ths all about!

Please note that after an investigation, I have cancelled the VLIVE subscriptions as it was not cancelled. I have also credited your account with R 748.22 Inc. VAT and this will appear on your next Vodacom Statement.

Kindly note the credit is made up of charges that was on your January, February and proposed bill.
