Game service NOT subscribed to

Vodacom ref SR is A2-AQSH-LRNW1. We requested a tracking of this activation BUT instead vodacom have offered to cancel this subscription. We did not activate gaming & we wish to find out how this was activated. that is the question we need answered. there is no way of emailing vodacom customer service. vodacom is side stepping the question. Please advise date, time & how or where this was activated from. its a trick to ***** the air time funds. very unhappy!!
