Galleria shop in Toti

Vodacom Galleria Amnzimtoti has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have been trying to open an account with them for over a month now. I tried opening a business account, and I haven't heard feedback from them in almost a month. Not only do I not get an email stating whether or not my application is successful or not, but if I call them it never goes through! Vodacom obviously doesn't want my business!!
