Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with Watch - Stock availability on product. Not one store was stock

I am totally livid with Vodacom from the time the new booklet has been launched I wanted to upgrade my phone to the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G with the watch. I have called all your stored in Durban from last week and today called about 10 stores in Gauteng and no one, not one store has stock of the phone. Some stores say that the warehouse dont have stock and 2 stores in Durban say that the phone is discontinued. So my question to you is ' why advertise for a product if you cannot supply" I was offered the S21 ultra but the phone does not come with the watch and also there is a price difference. I have called the stores in KZN they tell you I will contact you but do not provide feedback. Today I also contacted the online store and they alao do not have stock. CAN I HAVE A RESPONSE ON THE ABOVE.
