Gadgefix - more like Gadgetfix ruin!

I own a Samsung Galaxy S10 (normal). I've been 2 the generic companies to purchase 2 screen-protectors for my phone screen. Both of these peeled and failed. Now fed-up I had, had enough and went to a proper reputable company - Gadgetfix Vodacom in Oakfields, Benoni. I went into store by recommendation. I was told they only had a "Matte" version available for me at the exorbitant amount of R399, but having paid for 2 much cheaper versions in the past, I've decided to bite this bullet. The job was done, and it wasn't perfect with one or 2 bubbles but I was informed with time, they would dissappear and I felt reassured as the company made use of a fancy "Body Glove" machine that technically cuts out the screen-protector to your phone specifications. However when I arrived home, I found the front facing camera was not working cause the "Matte" finish was obscuring it's view, and they failed to cut the whole for that, and to add... my protection started to peel on the edges, which was later blamed on a "Sketch" cover that was designed for the S10 specifically. I wanted a refund but was told this is not an option and that they would source a new protector for me. Nearly 2 weeks later, after visiting the store twice, I an informed that they finally had a new one for me, it was not "Matte" finish but this didn't bother me. My fiancé went in to obtain the fitment for me, as I'm wheelchair bound, and she returned to the car to show me that it was the design for my phone but instead looked like it was meant for an IPhone (how sad). Let down I asked for a refund, and this still was not an option. She went back in and they convinced her to take a different phone specifications that would work for my phone, however the camera is still out-of-place where the protection overrides, as well as the bottom of my phone is cut short and not safely secured and is infact still vulnerable to cracking the phones actual screen. I've since ended up in hospital and haven't been able to deal with this since, but this recent interaction with this company is really poor, especially from what I've seen they can do. I've since made contact via a friend of a friend who has informed me that this company needed to make the "Body Glove" specifications aware that I need a selfie cut in the front camera as well as a phone cover friendly screen protector and that is was not the covers fault, but infact the employees lack of knowledge maybe? This makes my phone an eye-sore to look at daily. Next time I won't pay for something unless I'm happy.
