GAAP deposit just vanished
On various occasions I have called Vodacom to enquire about my GAAP deposit that I was meant to pay initially when applying for a cellphone contract. On February 2015 my money was still available and could only be released on the 22nd of March, funny enough when I request my deposit to be deposited back to me, Riona Ranmad responded via sms that my deposit was released in 2014, may I add that IF this was done it was done without my knowledge or consent. I want to know what happened to that money since Vodacom is now making me listen to stupid music, I am getting a run around, no one can assist, my call is being forwarded from this agent to the next. Money cannot just disappear n no one can explain, on the 18th of February I spoke to an agent about this n that recording should be revealed to me because I never authorized anyone to pay deposit the money into anyone's account.
