FUSTRATIONS WITH VODACOM

FURSTRATION WITH VODACOM I have been with Vodacom for more than a decade but since last year I have been doing one and the same thing. Two issue: 1) I had two contracts with them and I was cancelling them last around May/June I have managed to cancel one and the other one the lady who was helping told me that I cannot cancel the other contract as it was renewed in 2019 without my consent, she indicated that she will logon a call for me up until today I have not received any feedback. In October 2020 I have received a statement and the have included the insurance of R326.00 and my contract is R170.43, I called them to rectify the situation I did not get any response except that they will logon a call. I have asking for the right statement to be able to pay. I called again December 2020 to rectify the issue, I got hold of Palesa she indicated that it was added by mistake she will rectify it. In January I got a statement with another insurance of R157.74, I called them to check what is the issue now as it seems as if they reduced the insurance, I got another statement with a minus and when I called them they told me that they are rectifying the issue. In February 2021 I received a statement with the right amount of R170.43, shortly after that I received an email from their collectors that I am owing R1697.00, I responded to the lady that I do not owe Vodacom anything. In March did not receive any statement except on the 31st March I receive an sms that the Insurance has been activated when I tried to call them there was n answer, I have written to their twitter account I have not getting any response. Today, 08 April 2021 I receive a summons letter from Vodacom that I must pay R3 719.67. It is so frustrating to deal with such big company like Vodacom and they doing these things to their own customers. This is very wrong. Kindly assist
