Fustrated with Vodacom! Terrible service

<p>Struggling to speak to an consultant at Vodacoms customer care service. After waiting 10 minutes I am finally put through to someone. The person puts me through to another consultant after stating my problem. Stating my problem to the second consultant in the middel of my sentence the phone was put down in my ear! Bad service and not even an call back if the line was accedently dropped. </p>
