Further Together? - Pls clear all 3 refunds

This is one of 3, refunds due to me, all linked to my ONE Vodacom account- all refunds promised 3 weeks ago and counting.
Blue Label - linked to Vodacom Elite Mobile - linked to Vodacom Vodacom account - direct with Vodacom
Guys, Pls escalate and clear all 3 refunds today, so that I don't need to give more specific details to the Public.
I'm exhausted from typing emails. And making calls 1hr and 14 seconds long.
Enough emails sent and received! Enough calls made!
It's so easy to take and demand money from customers.... But payouts are not considered urgent at all.

17 May 2023, 14:25O my word, you sent this exactly response on the 26th April- Hellopeter has the proof. Tons of emails and fone calls over the past 3 weeks. Then latest fone call to Vodacom was Monday, with a duration of 1hr and 14seconds long.
And to date, 3 weeks late, still no sign of my refund.
Talk is cheap. Time for action Vodacom. Just pay the refund please
