FURTHER TOGETHER ??? Could not be more FURTHER from the TRUTH !!!

I logged SR*** on the 26 October 2021 as Vodacom Fibre had previously informed me of the months notice required for a relocation , I did this well in advance as means of me wanting to avoid any delays or add onto the already frustrating process of relocating . When I followed up on the 25th November , I was informed that NOTHING had been done to gain traction on this request since the day it was logged . The agent I spoke to assisted to create a Service order which was accepted on the very same day .I followed up again on the 6th of December and was asked to confirm my address , which I did .Two days later I was again asked by (Openserve this time) to confirm my address . I follows up again on the 15th of December and Vodacom requested that I send them proof of address , which I did and it was acknowledged by Siphiwe Ntlengethwa .On the 20th I called in again at 15:37 using cellphone number *** , the agent I spoke to promised to escalate the call to management and also promised that they will call back that very same time to provide feedback .None of this took place . On the 21st I called again at at 11:46 usig *** , spoke to Bushani , expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of service displayed by Vodacom , she asked that I send her pictures on *** , advised that she was taking lunch at 12 noon and should be back 40 minutes later , promised to call me back with feedback .To no surprise none of this took place . I called again on the 22 December 2021 at 11;19 using the same number and spoke to Taufiq Fraser , I told him that I was about to write a review on Hello Peter but was willing to give Vodacom one last chance to redeem themselves . What a joke that turned out to be . I recited once again the trail of events , his response was , " I have sent an email to openserve , I cannot tell you when they will respond or when I will give you a call back " when I questioned this stating how a big telecoms company could not commit to a turn around time let alone a resolution . Do you guys not have SLA's . I asked to speak to a Manager , guess what , apparently there was none on duty .LOL .WOOOW . He took my number and said he would give it to a manager who would POSSIBLY , POSSIBLY call me back .LOL. I asked for a reference number for the call , he did not have one . I asked for him to check who I spoke to yesterday , he did not have the functionality to do so . Now you VODACOM , put yourselves in my shoes , what what you make of my customer experience with you based on our interaction over the past TWO MONTHS ? What do you make of it ? At a time when we are so reliant on a readily available internet connection ?? After I have comp**** with all that you required .What do you make of this ????

Months later after I canceled my fibre contract and it's reflecting on my credit profile as an active account .I requested a letter stating that this account is closed and I'm not paying anything towards it ,the response I got is that I need to request a settlement letter from a differen department. What am I doing with a settlement letter when I'm not owing anything???I need this account confirmation letter asap as it is delaying my bond application.
