Furstrated upgrade - Vodacom Online

Firstly, I want to say that the friedly staff at Vodacom are doing their best to help me out, but I am being sent from pillar to post but yet no solution is in sight.

I upgraded / renewed my three contracts with Vodacom online (Have recording of the conersation with your call center agent when doing the upgrade).

Line 1: ********** - My primary line - instructed to upgrade line new contract with device combo S7/Tab3 (Also the most used thus should have the largest contract in terms of value, minutes/data) -Recieved the device's on 5 December via RAM Couriers.

Line 2: ********** 27 - Secondary line, smaller contract requested upgrade an S6 and was delivered on 12 December via RAM couriers.

Line 3: ********** - Line occasionally used for Data - requested a Tablet E (As no laptop was available).

Now my problem - Although I have recieved two devices S7/Tab3 combo & S6, I can't seem to get the line activated (SIMM Swap required from Micro to Nano SIM card). Turns out the agent capturing the upgrade data made a mistake, and upgraded as follows

Line 1 - No upgrade logged, no device
Line 2 - ********** - S7/Tab 3 combo
Line 3 - ********** - S6

The ********** - Line was not upgraded or logged for upgrade (Which is my primary line, and which I use the most data/minutres on).

I need this to be corrected so that ********** 816 is assigned to S7/Tab3 combo with the larger package (Data and mintes), the S6 assigned to ********** 27 (Smaller contract, believe it currently is a top up account).

And the Tab E upgrade done on the ********** line (Since one contract of the three has not been upgraded I would much rather prefer a Laptop as discussed with your call center agent than the Samsung E1 tablet).

Please note, I have also been informed by your call center staff that due to the wrong packages now being assigned to the wrong line's they can't do a SIM swap fo me (My older devices use micro SIM whereass the new devices use NANO sim cards. So right now I am extremely frustrated with having some of my new devices, but not being able to use them and they are practically very expensive paperweights.

I beg that you urgently look into this issue and find a solution as I am tired from being sent from pillar to post and although your staff are frienly, they appear to be unable to resolve this problem.

Please address urgently .

Right, recieved a call from Vodacom (+***0) on 4 January @ 09:21 - by a lady from what I can make is called "Kitomacheng" - She was very helpfull and after I explained the issue, she ackknowledged the information and told me a fault would be logged and I would recieve a referance number via SMS. No SMS was recieved AND upon contacting the customer care center today, the operator informed me that there where no open faults on the system. This is passed frustrating, as each time I have to re-explain the issue and I am now FED UP. Please get someone knowledgable to call me and correct the issues expressed.

And whomever Vodacom gets to contact me, make sure they understand the situation as explained in the initial post, as I am not going to waste any further time on explaining.

Please note that all calls have been recorded on my side and I would be happy to escelate this to management.
