Well now I've tried to cancel my fathers Contract, who is 82 years old, via email - and this has been returned. And that's the email address they gave me.

I tried calling the number given on Vodacom’s Website ********** countless times. I held on for 15 /20 minutes countless times, to be told by the lady on the phone I have to call .... the same number ********** . I was given ********** as the email address to contact.

I have been in to Vodacom on numerous occasions in the last 2 years to try and cancel this contract, WHICH SUPPOSED TO HAVE ENDED 2 YEARS AGO. To no avail. They say they can't help ... Call ********** .

This is blatant F R A U D. A 2 year Contract which is now 4 years and you cannot cancel it.

If any more monies are taken out of my account, I will send it back.

What do you do with these people that are not doing their jobs ... but are getting all the jobs! South African Service is an absolute disgrace.
