Furious about ******* upgrade

I am very unhappy with Vodacom contractors calling people to do your upgrades on the phone. Phidelia Mooketsi did it and after I told her in an email that she was not allowed to do anything with my contract under any circumstances. Phidelia Mooketsi just ignored my email and upgraded my contract. When I wanted to upgrade my contract myself I couldn't because Phidelia Mooketsi did it *******ly without permission. We called Vodacom she called me back and apologized. Canceled it. The Vodacom store gave me a quote for the upgrade. And exactly 2 weeks later Phidelia Mooketsi got my quote from the Vodacom store, *******ly canceled it and upgraded my contract again. I have to drive to Midrand Vodacom to sort out the problem and now I have to wait a month before it will be done. Everything was done without my permission.
