Dear merchants vodacom business unit,<br> <br> I am very ****ed with your services both call center and Jabulni mall vodacom, my phone was delivered with a wrong sim card and since you work with phones how do you not know that a SAMSUNG ALPHA uses a nano sim NOT a micro sim? I went to Jabulani mall and this stupid girl told me i have to pay R70 for their mistake and she says i must do a swim swap really? i have been phoning you for the passed 4 days and no one wants to help me instead you putting me through to people clearly who doesnt work, I am still unable to use my phone its the 6th day now since i have the phone and its just sitting there, so tell me what must i do with it?<br> -- feeling furious.
