funeral cover cancelation and refund bad service

still not cancelled the funeral cover i asked to be cancelled on the 1st of march already.... when am i going to get a refund this is ridiculous how long does it take to remove stupid funeral cover.... no i just have to pay? please i want my refund and it taken off immediately. waiting 4 months really vodacom

please advise i beg you for 4 months to cancel the funeral cover but u take you time now i only get r25 refund? its your fault it took so long now i must stil pay for something i begged 4 months to be taken off? really vodacom
