<p>I buy data bundles everyday from the *111# service , on 14/11/16 i bought the power hour service which i use quiet alot , vodacom took my money and my airtime that i had on my phone , the same thing happen on the 18/11/16 , most of the time i use this service because it helps me save airtime by calling vodacom to vodacom numbers , i called the call center 2 times ,no one got back to me , when i call them the call center agents do not know that there is a problem with *111# service , no memo has being send out by their line managers , the agent said that people should call them to get back the credit , My question to the CEO is how many peoples money are url taking and not returning it could add up to be millions , i am still waiting for my refund , I would love to go the legal root because people on the top of vodacom are earning to much and gave a damp , so if you would like to help me contact me please and attorney will do.</p>

Vodacom tried to contact me via Hello Peter , i just want to say it about R30 i am complaining about and its not about the money , i do not think vodacom system is that great because if it was they would have contact me first not the other around asking me to contact them . R30 x a million people if thet do this too adds up to 30 million ,the big bosses are getting paid good money.
