Full of apologies but no action!

I have had a Vodacom contract for more years then I can remember. I have always paid on time and have never been in arrears. I have traveled overseas many times and therefore requested international roaming etc which has always worked for the years of travel...never experienced problems whilst overseas. I have now been in Canada for 6 months due to a lengthy work contract and my roaming worked fine up until about a 5 weeks ago when Vodacom decided for some unknown reason to lock my phone therefore making it useless in terms of naking phone calls and sending text messages! I have now for weeks been trying to sort this problem out with Vodacom via e mail. the response from customer service has been full of apologies for the inconvenience and promises to sort it out, which to date has still not been sorted out! I requuested that a person with seniority now deal with this matter and I am still waiting for this "Senior Consultant" to sort my problem out! My line is still locked and I am unable to make calls back to SA to my family and SA work office!!! This is a huge inconvenience and unacceptable considering that I am a very good client of Vodacom and they had NO reason whatsoever to jst go ahead and lock my line. I am still in Canada for a few months and desperately need my cell phone to work. I just do not know where and who to turn to to get his problem sorted out once and for all.!
