Full Admin Locked
My number was disconnected (full admin lock), i called the customer service and they couldnt help me instead they said i must log a call which i did on the 6th June (they said it would take 3 working days to get assistance), i am still waiting for feedback even now, i went to Vodashop but they cant help instead they redirected me to customer care which is of no help because i cannot get hold of assistance for the whole week.
