Full admin lock Disaster
3 days ago the did a full admin lock on my cellphone ....after an hour on the phone speaking to numerous agents (verifying that I was correct person) , I was told they do not know why it has been locked. They told me to email forensics and ask them to unlock my phone ...got a read receipt but no other acknowledgement! Day 2 & 3 ..i rep**** to their read receipt ...no reply I tried Vodacom Berea and the lady there is trying to help but she cannot get to the bottom of it either ...all she gets is that they are processing it! It tried again today and they have no record of me phoning only Berea!!!! I need my cellphone!
