Full admin lock activated. Phone locked.

Full admin lock was activated on my phone. No calls in and out. No data usage. Nothing!! I'm stuck with a phone with a brand new contract upgrade. A phone that is locked. This after more than 20 years with Vodacom!! I have a phone that I could do nothing with during easter. Locked!! Can Vodacom please explain what the heck is going on?

I am a loyal Vodacom Customer. I never had problems with Vodacom in the past 20 - 30 years. 

Please!! You can ask me any security questions you want. I'm willing to go to Vodacom Mimosa in Bloemfontein if it can help. 
I'm staying in a small town Excelsior about 100km from Bfn. 
Vodacom's signal is best here.
I also have a uncapped contract with you.
