****ed up service

I was on an online chat with her enquiring about a cellphone contract.i have emailed her so many times she does not respond and now i have tried doing an application with rene and even went to the midrand vodacom store and im told she does not exist!mind you this person works at bytes and this person has everything my address banking details and stuff THANK GOD I DIDN EMAIL [Email Removed] STUFF !now im unable to get a phone because its locked in her id!!!I DONT CARE WHAT YOU DO I WANT THIS SORTED TODAY!!!
