FTTH connectivity order
Ordered FTTH in April 2021, router delivered in May Frogfoot installed wire into the house in May 2021 and since then NOTHING! Regardless of a number of fault reports and a cancellation of the order no action has been taken. Can't get the ONT number from Vodacom. 4 months of nothingness!!
