Frustrations with Vodacom

On the 26/09/2016 and 27/09/2016 I was charged R94.29 and R222.47 for data. I am a pensioner at home on wi-fi 99% of the time. My average data charges with Vodacom are about R40.00 a month. It is impossible for me to use that amount of data in a day! When I noticed this I immediately queried it on the 28/09/2016. No-one was able to help me with this query so I waited for the bill to arrive. When it came I phoned again and queried these charges on the 11/10/2016. I was issued with reference number and told someone would contact me - nobody contacted me. I received a sms on the 13/10/2016 saying the query was closed. I received an additional message saying "an investigation has been completed and data billing found to be completely accurate and correct. As a once off gesture of goodwill your account has been credited with 1GB data." Once again - I am a pensioner AT HOME ON WI-FI. What am I supposed to do with 1GB of data that will expire on the 13th November? And still no-one can explain to me how it's possible to have such a data charge on an account that averages R40.00 per month.
