Frustrations of calling Vodacom
Consultant named Fundo took my call I could hear like 100 people shouting in the background - extremely rowdy. The consultant sounded like she would rather paint her toenails than take my call. She was brash, rude and extremely unpleasant to deal with. I thought of hanging up but figured I will probably end up with another Fundo anyways. How disappointing to navigate an annoying IVR system then reach a bored consultant.
