Frustration with bull **** service options (self help option at Vodacom)

Vodacom cancellation is a joke. Never have I had to call a company 20 times to get service and not get it. *** is going on here this company will not engage with you when you want to settle things with them so they can carry on sharing you for some BULL **** service. All I needed from them was an explanation as to why I am in areas and where the bill came from so a I can settle that. The F*@# ing line keeps cutting off before you can even say hello. And this is deliberately, cause they know if they keep you owing you keep paying. This is bull ****. I'm in the right mind to cancel all 6 of my contact lines with them. Fuouck Vodacom
