Frustration does not mean ******

This has been one of the worst days this year. I called the call centre to enquire about a 3G modem that stopped working and reflected a balance used of over 11GB on this 3GB modem. First I went round in circles as everyone kept transferring me. When I eventually got to the correct department I was already so frustrated with the bad unknowledgeable service received. I spoke to Pindile Nkosi and warned her that if she dropped the phone I would lodge a complaint. She was rude, not allowing me to speak when she clearly did not understand my question. She even said that she cannot assist and I responded to that statement that she is ***********. What really triggered my anger was when she tried turning the conversation to a ****** issue. I mean please. We are all past that. I cannot spend my time speaking to Vodacom when everything I say or complain about is being insinuated as ******. This is ridiculous to say the least. I was so angry at what she imp****, that I was ill for the rest of the day. She totally ruined my entire day. Why are there still people, especiall in call centres, that turn a conversation into a race issue when the client is not satisfied and show there frustration.
