frustrating service

i bought an iphone 6 on February 2019 from game which is under a vodacom contract, and in october 2019 it started freezing and i took it in to vodashop since it was still under warranty, they then told me that they can not repair since it was water damage, i then collected the phone but noticed that the phone speaker was now damaged after having taken it in , i communicated with a lady by the name of Portia and asked them to repair the damage on the speaker since the speaker was working fine before i brought in the phone in but they refused. This is frustrating for me.
