Frustrating lack of service

What a nightmare we've had, since April and still not resolved. Misrepresented upgrade caused the shop to allow a cancellation of a ****le in May 2019 on number ***. It is now 1/2020 and they still have not cancelled the contract at Vodacom itself and actually debited our account with over R7000 for some migration that was apparently done 27/10 telephonically. We did not ask for this migration or approved to be debited for this amount, but wanted the contract to be cancelled completely from the start and made null and void. They send you from pillar to post and nobody knows what they are doing or try and assist the client after hours on the phone . They spend more time on the phone with security questions than actual real customer service. We have reversed the transaction now from our side and wish for you to investigate the consultant who created this new drama over and above not cancelling the ****le contract which we have not used once to date. Confirm one sorted before we will make any payments on our other valid contracts

Still no assistance, merely send an unsigned document for some migration from their side on 15/10/2019 which we deny ever requesting. The contact was cancelled and we never requested this migration .Unauthorised debit order for R6612,50 which has been reversed. Seems they have everything upside down in terms of a contract that was actually cancelled and well communicated to all parties. Spoke to manager Chris Naidoo last week at Vodacom who spoke to Ricardo at the Cresta Vodacom shop to sort out the mess. If not sorted by 15/1/2020 we will be reporting this matter to PASA and ICASA. Useless consultants who does not listen to the issue at hand wasting customers time and only causing frustration and anger.
