Frustrating and exhaustively infuriating service from Vodacom

Where to start?

I changed jobs in July 2016, I called vodacom to have my debit order date changed. This evidently was not done, till this afternoon after serveral attempts to get assistance. I would call the "customer care" service and your welcomed with 3 or 4 minute long hold music, once your finally through to someone, you are advised to call another number. I reached my patience quota a number of times and asked to be called back, twice. I guess noone thought it necessary to utilize my request. I called 082111, ********** and lastly ********** . Upon calling the last number, the voice prompt advised that I had reached my quota of calling through to the call centre. This is beyond worrying as my issues are yet to be resolved.

My second issue is that I had asked a consultant to cancel my second contract the moment it expires. I also insisted that a note or reminder be made so that I dont get any suprises. Sadly I wasn't even shocked when the only consultant that managed to take my call advised that this wasn't done.

I am unable to get assistance as I have been barred from calling into the call centre because I have reached my quota of call in times, evidently not.

I now have unpaid bank fees to settle, plus I have to pay for a contract that I dont need. I have never experienced such shocking service and felt it right to get assistance through this accredited platform.
