FRUSTRATING

I have a problem I need to discuss with an online consultant and it is absolutely impossible to get through to speak to a consultant.I repeatedly get a message the consultants are busy email my complaint which no one replys to. This is a service offered and should be manned properly .I have waisted my time for 2 hrs and still got not assistance not from the email I sent or online with a chat consultant.How frustrating.
