FRUSTRATED WITH VODACOM RUSTERNBURG

I spoke to a lady by the mane of Neo at the Vodacom store in Rusternburg, I explained to her that I was looking for an iphone for my son and I wanted a 24mnth contract, she seemed to understand me and sent me a quotation that was the contract for 24mnts for me to sign, I paid the contract until Jan 2024, I called the cancellations department to cancel the contract since it was 24mnths and I was informed that I wasnt able to cancel because it was a 36mnth contract, I was told to speak to the Rusternburg store since they assisted me, I called and called and called and was given excuse, after excuse that Neo was off, she was on leave, she was busy, when I spoke to her she would say she would call me back. She made me sign a settlement quote and said it was cancelled but it is still deducting, I would like assistance to cancel this contract as the term I signed for is over.
