FRUSTRATED WITH VODACOM

I contacted vodacom customer care yesterday to block my phone they sent me a form to fill out i filled it in they closed my call this morning without telling me why. i then went into a vodacom shop with my phones box they saying they cant pick that IMEI number on on their system . i then phoned game insurance because i have insurance with them to find out what is my IMEI number and they gave me the exact same IMEI number thats on my phones box. at this point in time i am very furstrated with vodacom because its always a hassle with them and always a story i mean i had the box with me when i went is it my problem they cant pick the imei number up all i want is to block my phone but they making it very hard for me. i am very frustrated because im running up and down an nobody cant assist me. i mean its a vodacom smart tab 2 3g its their make and model why is it so difficult
