Frustrated with vodacom

About a week ago I’ve written a review on hellopeter about a ********** account that was open in my name at vodacom. I also emailed vodacom privately to let them know I did not open the account and would like the details of the person who opened the account using my information (delivery address or voice recording). I was told a consult will be in contact within 48 hours and given a reference number, to this day I’m still waiting for the consult’s call.
