FRUSTRATED WITH THE POOR SERVICE AND NOT HONOURING THE DEAL

I recently upgraded 2 contracts online, which included unlimited minutes at R639 per month. I received the devices last week Thursday. When I checked my billing online on Friday morning I noticed that my online invoice reflected that my billing will now be R954 per month and NOT R639 per month as per my order placed on 12th August. No where on the deal during sign up or on my order does it indicate an additional R300 payment due to unlimited minutes. I called in on Friday, 16th August 2024, approx 8am and spoke to Felicia Mayekiso (***) who referred the matter to her team leader Yaseen Ismail (***). Yaseen indicated that he will have the deal price investigated, which could take up to 14 days. in the meantime, he suggest that I cancel the upgrades and have the devices returned. He will arrange for the devices to be collected because after 14 days, I will not be in a position to return the devices and cancel the contracts. I asked Yaseen to provide me with an email to that effect and he indicated that he will send me an email. I have not receive an email to date despite my emails to both him and Felicia. on Friday I called again to speak to Felicia or Yaseen at approx 3pm, and ended up speaking to Ongeziwe, who spoke to Yaseen and he indicated to her that they will Honour the deal I signed up for online and they will not be collecting the devices so I can proceed with using the devices. I asked for this in writing and I still have not had any feedback. This morning I called to speak to Felicia or Yaseen and know one can put me through to them, No one knows how to contact them. I wrote an email again to Yaseen and Felicia and again no response. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Grace and she indicated that she can remove the unlimited minutes on my contract and this will reduce the bill. the question is, how is it that she can remove that charge and Yaseen could not do so while i was on the line with him for approx an hour on friday? secondly, this means that you would not honour the on line contract/deal i signed up for. I am frustrated just trying to resolve this problem. the consultant indiactes that they will contact my wife for her details to cancel her contract upgrade. No one at Vodacom understand to to what levels they frustrate their clients and the time it takes to resolve one query. I certainly do not have the time to be on the phone resolving one problem when I have work to do. Why are consultants giving me different stories and the run around and while is they not prepared to honour the deal i signed up for?

WOW WHAT NEXT, now I received Sms indicating that a my cellphone number on my account has been changed to ***. an order *** was processed. I DO NOT KNOW THIS NUMBER ***, NEITHER did I place this order. I received a further invoice to indicate that my account will be debited with R759.01 within 48 hours. THIS IS *****. I called Vodacom and spoke to Celine Baloyi. and provided me with a reference EC- ITWZ-2ETLYN.
How do I know this *****ulent transaction will be stopped before debiting my account. WHY must I pay for this this?????
