Frustrated fibre customer

Vodacom fibre is useless, My fibre is down now for 6days and still no technician has been sent to check on the fault. We rely on the internet. Now a person is spending so much money buying data to be able to meet work deadlines, can't even watch TV as it requires data, can't use phones as it requires data. Everytime I phone I just get told they will follow up but no outcome. This is utter nonsense. We need reliable services, a person regrets changing to fibre. Vodacom just needs to be canceled truly.
