Frustrated Customer

Wanted to reverse my contact and they are not able to telephonically assist me or from any other branch they are still not able to assist!

Apparently, it can only be reversed from the branch I initially went to (Festival Mall kempton Park), however the branch has since been closed from the 1st of December 2025 due to heavy storm that was experienced on the 30th of November 2025. Went to the Greenstone branch only to be told that they can not help me and that I only have this month of December to reverse my contract yet Festival mall Vodacom is still closed to this day!!

Been going to the Festival mall branch almost on a daily, there is staff inside the shop, and they cannot assist because they are closed until further notice!

Am stuck with a contract that i do not like period!!
