Frustrated consumer....Vodocom running a circus call centre

Such pathetic service received from vodocom call centre.

I called to enquire about cancelling my data contract. The call centre agent was not knowledgeable and further more the systems to generate a pre mature cancellation quote was working at snail pace.

The cancellation quote was ridiculous and the call centre agent couldn’t advise on how the the system generates the quote.

I asked to speak to the manager and the manager refused to take the call ...the call centre agent told me that she cannot give me the managers name..they not allowed to....What kind of a circus is vodacom running were managers are afraid to speak to the consumer and to top it of afraid to give their name.

Vodacom is a pathetic service provider
