FRUSTRATED CLIENT WITH VODACOM TAKING MONEY OR A DEVICE THAT I DO NOT HAVE.

. I have been a Vodacom customer for 4 years and for the first time I have had the worst experience with Vodacom.
The Cell phone was taken in for repairs a few months ago. I am unable to make a R 2 500 payment for a broken screen. The Motherboard is also broken and needed to be replaced, which we are all aware is a well-known issue with LG G4. Even if it should be replaced and fixed it won't be very long until we have to take it back for repairs. I have a Colleague who is sitting with the same issue, 4 times back for motherboard replacement and Vodacom ill not give her a loan phone or her phone back.

The replacing of motherboard would have been replaced under the warranty of the phone, but I would have pay R 2 500 for the cracked screen before I can have my phone.

Not only do I not have my phone, but Vodacom has also not offered me a loan phone for the time that I am not able to make a payment of R 2 500.

I am frustrated as I am STILL paying for this contract which is R 500, every month. If I didn't have to pay the contract of R 500 maybe then I would be able to put the fees together to make up a R 2500??

I have Two cell numbers, both on contract with Vodacom. One is my number and another is my husbands. I am NOT impressed with the service provider that I have trusted for so many years. It is disappointing that I have to pay for something that is being withheld from me. I'm certain that everyone knows how difficult it is to communicate with get around with a mobile phone.

We have had to use the contract sim card - and insert in it another phone which we have had to ASK someone to borrow to us in order to communicate. The contract only ends in October/November, and I will definitively cancel both contracts with Vodacom if a loan phone cannot be provided or if we cannot be met halfway, at least. I'm not getting any satisfaction from Vodacom employees either - upon visiting Vodacom Canal walk, no one ever knows how to answer and every answer is a intensely unsure "no"... even when they are unsure, no one offers to pick up the phone to someone to make sure of the information that they are providing a customer. Am I not a customer?

I'm well aware that we pay for the contract sim card - but if that was all I needed then I would have just taken the sim card and not the phone as a package and a sim card is pretty useless when not in a phone. We are using a phone that does not belong to us.

i have explained the above NUMEROUS TIMES to NUMEROUS different people.... Sandra at Repairs, OMAR ABRAHAMS with his ****py attitude, offering me the cancellation email address for Vodacom for me to cancel. And HE is a Manager. If a Manager can speak to me in this manner, im not surprised at how the agents and consultants, at all. Christopher at the TYgervalley branch who asked me for my cell number 8 times! I am tired of explaining myself, and apparently i cant speak to only ONE individual. I am Appauled. Up your service...and i STILL await feedback.
