Frustrated by banking detail change

17 April 2020 I app**** for and was approved for home fibre with Vodacom via Ubuntu Communication Fibre. After doing their assessment they found my area to not have fibre as yet so I was offered an interim solution an LTE Vodacom package. 20 April 2020 I accepted their proposed solution. 20 May 2020 After not receiving anything I emailed to cancel the order. I was contacted by Vodacom's Lorato directly with an apology and promise to rectify, which she did. I thanked all involved and was grateful as mobile data costs were taking their toll. 13 July 2020, I reached out to Ubuntu to change the account banking details to my business banking account as I am now working from home full-time making this a business expense vs. a personal one. First month's free this would be my first payment to the organisation. Ubuntu advises me to contact Vodacom. I email Vodacom Customer care and get a reference number 0025JaFGCGKVSUY7. 16 July 2020 Vodacom's, Tsepo Moletsane emailed me to advise that I call ***. 18 July 2020 I call (on hold for over 30 minutes) and eventually got told to email *** with my request and supporting documentation. 20 July 2020, I email accordingly and provide all required documents. I receive EC-1ZZ4-2RTCRE as a reference number and am later advised banking details have been changed except the company name & VAT number. And get a new reference number A2-K5W2-5QR154. 21 July 2020, I receive an email from Dzunisani advising that they do not process individual accounts and I should place a call to ***. I advise that I had already emailed and called. Dzunisani responds by advising I call ***. I advise the sender their advise is unhelpful. They respond telling to follow the procedures for assistance.

All I want to do is change banking details. If it is not possible I expect to be advised accordingly OR be provided with an EFT option to manually make payments.

It's now midday and I am at a complete loss as to how I should proceed. HELP. PLEASE.

Thank you.
