Frustrated at Over Billing

Vodacom delivered our wifii modem in January. We were told that the 1st month is free. Our fibre only went live with Vumatel on 04th February 2020

Vodacom has invoiced us for January as well as February.

Frustrated at the miscommunication of this service provider. We did not get a free month, we were billed before the modem was installed and went live.
