Frustrated and Disappointed !!!!!!!!!

Frustrated beyond explanation, disappointing service over and over again. requested a simple relocation of services from one property to the next. Vodacom agents complicates the request, I had to call 5 or 6 times, lost track, every agent promises to assist but no one takes ownership. I spend about R4000 or R5000 a month for all my services, but I am treated like my business do not matter. First call made on 22 October, called again today and spoke to Emmarentia Ntuli, who promised to assist. provided a reference for the call as follows: cde6ad07-d7f4-49df-8e96-1fb*** The first reference no from 22 Oct was simply SR*** I sincerely hope and pray that Vodacom can assist with my simple request, which the agents just complicates.
